Inclusion criteria: patients between 18 to 70 years of age posted for elective surgery under anaesthesia with ASA grade 1, 2, 3, 4

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Uncooperative patient Known psychiatric Patient refusal to participate in the study Emergency surgeries
