Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adolescent girls suffering with primary dysmenorrhea with regular menstrual period. 2.Adolescent girls with the age of 12year to 18years. 3.Adolescent girls who are willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Adolescents girls with secondary dysmenorrhea. 2.Adolescents girls who are daily taking any medication. 3.Adolescents girls suffering with other diseases 4.Adolescents girls with menorrhagia

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Decrease menstrual pain and symptoms.Timepoint: Before giving intervention assess existing menstrual pain and symptoms then 3hrs after giving intervention Pain, sign and symptoms will be assess 1st day,2nd day and 3rd day of menstual period.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Improving quality of life & assess the safety & efficacy of fennel seed.Timepoint: After continue two month of intervention assess quality of life of adolescent girls suffering from primary dysmenorrhea & assess for any complication.
