Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adolescent age between 13-15 Both boys and girls SAS-SV score more than or equal to 31 in females and more than or equal to 33 in males

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A history of recent surgery and fracture of upper limb, thoracic cage,spinal, abdominal and lower limb within 6 months History of back pain Obese children Children with cardiorespiratory defects and neurological disorder Visual or auditory deficits Individuals who cannot adhere to researchers directives or read and process the questionnaire and testing protocol
