Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Symptoms of tinnitus irrespective of gender, cast and religion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Congenital deformity 2) Objective tinnitus 3) Perforation of tympanic membrane 4) Patient of otomycosis and fluid in the middle layer 5) Blockage due to stenosis of external auditory canal pathology 6) Age below 18 years and above 80 years 7) Case which requires surgical intervention. 8) Any acute ear pathology 9) Mentally retarded patients
