Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged between 18 to 34 years 2. Women residing in North India 3. Women with stable vitals 4. Body Mass Index (BMI) of 18.5 to 29.9 kg/m² 5. Confirmed clinical diagnosis of PCOS from at least 1 year [1] 6. Menstrual cycles more than 35 days apart or less than 8 cycles per year [2] 7. No practicing physical activity or physical exercise in the last 6 months [3]

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any documented history or use of medications that might affect outcomes such as pulmonary function and psychological distress 2. Pregnant or lactating women 3. Smoking 4. Resting Blood Pressure greater than 139/89 mmHg 5. Resting Heart rate greater than 100 beats/min
