Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Anemia signs and symptoms Results of lab tests showing anemia Hb level with -Male-7 gm% to 12gm% & female-7gm% to 11gm% Participants between the ages of 18 to 70

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient having severe heart conditions like MI heart failure and Crisis. Patient suffering from serious illnesses. Patient with a serious condition such as IDDM DM that is poorly controlled or newly diagnosed has been diagnosed or is undergoing new or recently modified therapy. A patient with cancer. Patient with severe Anemia less than 6 gm% of Hb. Pregnant woman. A patient with thalassemia autoimmune diseases bone marrow issues andiron poisoning. The patient also has anemias other than iron deficiency anemia. Patient age below 18 and above 70.
