Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients of Essential Hypertension / Stage I Hypertension. 2.Patients between the age group of 30-65 years. 3.Patients suffering from Stage I Hypertension.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients of Secondary Hypertension. 2.patients with any other comorbities e.g. Diabetes Mellitus, thyroid disorders, CCF, Multiorgan failure.
