Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Panfacial trauma including 1. Le Fort I, II, III 2. Naso-orbital ethmoidal 3. Mandibular fractures

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Infection at the procedure site 2. Patient with associated co-morbidities, head injury, coagulopathy or psychiatric illness 3. Patients requiring postoperative ventilatory support
