Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Athletes who are affiliated to a professional soccer club/training. 2. Athletes not performing any type of Injury Prevention protocols.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recreational and non- professional athletes. 2. Athletes who are already on some type of injury prevention protocols. 3. Athletes operated for severe knee injuries.
