Intervention1: Efficacy of Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy with Minoxidil for treatment of hair loss in female patients: Injecting Platelet Rich Plasma in the scalp followed by topical application of 2%

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Female patient between the age of 18-49 years. 2.Patient with grade I-II of Ludwig scale. 3. Patient with hairline recession 4.Person who has not taken medical treatment for hair loss in any form or took treatment for less than 6 months. 5.Patient who are willing to take part in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Dermatological disease of the scalp 2. Patient who is taking medications for hair loss. 3. Pregnancy or Lactation. 4. Patient allergic to any components of the study 5. Patient having underlying systemic conditions .

To compare and evaluate the efficacy of PRP therapy with and without minoxidil for treatment of hair loss in female patients.Timepoint: before treatment 1 month after treatment 2 month after treatment 3 month after treatment 4 month after treatment

MeasureTime frame
1.To evaluate efficacy of PRP therapy with and without minoxidil in hair density of female patients 2.To evaluate patient satisfaction of PRP therapy with and without minoxidil for treatment of hair loss in female patients by using patient self-assessment questionnaire 3.To evaluate efficacy of PRP therapy with and without minoxidil by taking clinical photograph and assessed by a 7-point grading scale . 4.To compare hair density, patient satisfaction ,and photographic analysis by 7-point grading scale of PRP therapy with and without minoxidil. Timepoint: before treatment 1 month after treatment 2 month after treatment 3 month after treatment 4 month after treatment
