Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy individuals within the age group of 18 to 25 years. Participants who are willing to join the study on their own interest. Participants who are following the same diet, same level of yoga practice and other lifestyle parameters. Both male and female in equal ratio will be recruited in both the groups.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals currently participating in other clinical trials or receiving additional complementary therapies. People who practices yoga apart from their regular yoga classes. People who are performing any other kind of fitness regimes and food habits. People who consume tobacco (in any form) or alcohol.
