Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All the patients fulfilling case definition. 2. Patients of all genders, all socioeconomic strata above 18 years of age
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Complication of allergic rhinitis 2. COPD, tuberculosis 3. Patients who require emergency medical intervention 5.Vaccinated against infuenza virus within 6 months of study 6. A female patient who is pregnant/ lactating mother 7. Drug induced conditions
