Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ulcer >4 weeks duration, Diabetic ulcer, non specific chronic ulcers, arterial and venous ulcers, non infected chronic ulcers, trophic ulcers, ulcer 10gm%, ulcer floor containing >50% granulation tissue .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Screening platelet count Patients with known or suspected osteomyelitis, malignant ulcers, chronic limb ischaemia , uncontrolled systemic or local infection, Presence of cellulitis, gangrene, allergy to study agents

To test the efficacy of PRP, in management of chronic ulcer with respect to rate & progress of healing in comparison to conventional dressing.Timepoint: 1weeks,2weeks, 3weeks
