Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Cases with skeletal malocclusion requiring BSSO advancement or setback 2. Patients above 18 years of age and below 40 years of age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of Previous Orthognathic surgery 2. Immunocompromised patients. 3. Patients with other systemic conditions contraindicated for surgery. 4. Pregnancy or lactation 5. Severe TMJ disorder
