Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA grade II III AND IV Patient undergoing head & neck cancer surgery Giving written informed consent for the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient with preexisting cardiac disease Uncontrolled Hypertension and Diabetes Asthma Severe renal or hepatic dysfunction
