Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Biopsy proven Squamous cell carcinoma esophagus. Willing to participate Not suitable for definitive chemoradiation therapy. Advanced stage disease KPS more than 70.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant females. Early stage disease. Not willing to participate Patient not fit for chemotherapy due to comorbidities
