Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primigravida of 36-38 weeks of age group between 20-35 years. 2. Normal fetal presentation at term. 3. Normal pelvic measurement (adequate pelvis). 4. Patients willing to give written informed consent 5. ICD-10-CM DIGNOSIS CODE O80 Encounter for full-term uncomplicated delivery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having cepholopelvic disproportion, malpresentation, abnormal size of foetus, contracted pelvis. 2. Patients having systemic diseases like tuberculosis, jaundice, heart diseases, epilepsy etc. 3. Patients having polyhdraminos, pre-eclamsia, eclampsia, and IUGR. 4. Multiple pregnancies. 5. Malignancy of genital tract. 6. Pelvic masses causing obstruction & vaginal obstruction (adhesion & stenosis) 7. Pregnant women who are unsuitable for basti treatment ( basti ayogya )
