Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Age between 12-30 years either sex. 2)Unmarried patients 3)Patient having acne vulgaris on face. 4)Patient with singn and symptoms of yuvan-pidika as told under classical texts. 5)patient who is willing to fill the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Patient having Acne Vulgaris other than face. 2)Patient any other skin disorder. 3)Patient who is exposed to sunlight for long period 4)Patient having hormonal disorder. 5)Patient taking steriod or hormonal therapy. 6)Yuvan-Pidika with other systemic disorder like anemia,hemophilia etc.

| The primary outcome will be the efficacy of Nimb Patra swaras Bhavit Mruttika in Lepa form for Acne vulgaris i.e. whether this treatment is effective in managing acne vulgaris based on lesion counting using photographic techniques before and after treatment, and grading the subjective clinical symptoms of Yuvan- pidika e.g. Shotha ,Shool, Daah,Kandu,Ghana, Medogarbha, Strava,Vaivarnta on a four-grade scale (0-3) according to severity.Timepoint: To assess the efficacy of this mud pack in the period of 45 days. | — |
