Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of either sex in the age group of 18-70 years. Diagnosed cases of Type 2 DM. Matched control group of participants without type 2 DM.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients of Type 1 DM/IDDM taking insulin therapy. ? Patients having chronic complications of Diabetes mellitus. Microvascular: Retinopathy, Neuropathy and Nephropathy. Macrovascular: Coronary artery disease, Peripheral vascular disease & Cerebro vascular diseas Patients suffering from major systemic disorders like renal disease, cardiac disease, thyroid disease, any malignancy, contagious disease.
