Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Permanent single-rooted teeth (maxillary anterior, mandibular anterior and mandibular premolars) diagnosed with Symptomatic irreversible pulpitis and /or symptomatic apical periodontitis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Periapical lesions 2. Calcified canals 3. Internal and external resorption 4. Extreme root curvature 5. Root fracture 6. Pregnancy 7. Cardiovascular and debilitating diseases
