Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age Between 16 and 25 years. Those who have DysM. PCOS Those willing to participate. Those who know very well to understanding, writing and reading English language. Those who had regular menstrual cycle.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with any other severe musculoskeletal, neurological and systemic pain Previous gynaecological diagnosed conditions. Any Previous gynaecological surgeries.
