Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinically diagnosed fibromyalgia syndrome Wide spread bodily pain Poorly localized chronic pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with head and neck trauma or tumor Patients with systematic condition(rheumatoid arthritis) Patients with sever dental disease Patients with psychiatric disorder Patients with history of fracture or surgery past six months Patients with neurological disorder Patients with sever osteoarthritis Patients with progressive central and peripheral nervous disorder Patients with mental disability Pregnancy
