Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Health care providers of UPHCs of Bhubaneswar and community health workers. patients attending the UPHC who are current tobacco users (past 7 day use of smokeless and/or or smoked tobacco), age more than or equal to 18 years, and visiting the UPHC for one or more health conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, chronic obstructive lung disease, asthma, oral submucous fibrosis.
