Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient more than 18 yrs with acte onset dyspnea with respiratory rate more than 20 breaths per minute,saturation less than 95%at room air,use of accessory muscles of respiration

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: primary mental disability Thoraco-abdominal trauma Known case of patient with singular history of asthma Pregnant patient Lactating patient
