Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Young adults who are 19 to 24 years of age. 2.Young adults in front of the cell phone for more than 2hrs/day

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Presence of any neurological signs 2)Individuals with persisting neck and back pain 3)A diagnosed psychiatric disorder or severe cognitive impairment 4)Having the specific disease (example Malignancy, inflammatory joint and bone disease)
