Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group: 18-25 years 2. BMI is 18.5 - 23.0 kg/m2 3. Willing to participate 4. Individuals who are able to perform McGill protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent back surgery, and/or are in the midst of an acute low-back flare-up 2. With major strength deficiencies, where the individual cannot even lift the torso from a forward flexed position to a neutral position 3. MSK, CVRS and Neuro conditions
