Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of all genders will be selected for the study. 2. Age between 40 to 60 years. 3. Painful and difficult (unilateral or bilateral) shoulder mobility. 4. The duration of the symptoms exceeds four months. 5. Frozen Shoulder cases with a clinical diagnosis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients below 40 and above 60 years of age. 2. Pregnant and lactating mothers. 3. H/O Shoulder injury and surgery, local corticosteroid injections within the previous four months, or current corticosteroid medication. 4. Patients who fail to give consent. 5. Fracture or dislocation of the affected shoulder. 6. A history of any systemic, metabolic, or infectious diseases
