Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients aged 18 and above 18 2) Patients diagnosed with Type 2 DM 3)OPD visiting patients 4)Patients willing to give consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Type 1DM patients 2)Patients not willing to give consent 3)Psychiatric, Neurological and Terminal illness patients 4) Pregnant and lactating women
