Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants with the 4 cardinal symptoms Sopham, Sr ?va, Ka? ?u and dara?a. Participants who have given informed consent. Patch test-positive Age : 18-60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: o Participants with a history of Atopic dermatitis o Participants with serious systemic disorders o Lactating and pregnant women

Srava, sopha, kandu and darana are assessed in ordinal scale.Timepoint: Assessment will be done on zeroth, eighth, fifteenth day and follow up will done on 22nd day.	—
