Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Age 25-60 years. Irrespective of sex and socioeconomic status will be selected for study. 2)Blood sugar level fasting is more than 110mg/dl and less than 125mg/dl, or postprandial Blood sugar level more than 140mg/dl and less than 200mg/dl, and Glycosylated Hb more than 5.7% and less than 6.4% with Lakshanas of Prameha Naktamutrata, Trishna, kshudhadhikya, Dourbalya Dantadina maladyatvam , Atinidra

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Confirm case of Type 2 Diabetes. Known case of - Gestational diabetes. Known case of -BPH. Patient with any major systemic disease like carcinoma, Tuberculosis, IHD, HIV etc. Pregnant and lactating women.

1)To evaluate the efficacy of vrundatriphaladi kwatha 40 ml two times a day before meal for 3 months with diet and exercise 2)To give maximum symptoms relief such as Nocturia ,excessive thirst,polyphagia,generalised weakness ,excessive sweating,atinidra etc in 3 monthsTimepoint: 3 months study with 0th,30th ,60th,90th Day follow up
