Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age 40-60 years 2 Age related Pathological osteoarthritis knee (Destruction of articular cartilage,thickening of the subchondral bone,osteophyte.) 3 Both men and women sex groups. 4 Patients with Grade 2 Osteoarthritis knee.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Any traumatic injury of knee (fracture,dislocation,tears,sprain) 2 Knee Bone tumor 3 Other knee joint pathologies eg. Chondromalacia patella, plica syndrome, Neurological disorders. 4 Post surgical knee patients.
