Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Females of age group 18-40 years diagnosed as having Oligomenorrhea associated with PCOS as per Rotterdam criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Females with Hb below 8g/dl 2.Concurrent or previous use of oral contraceptive pills within last 3 months. 3.Females on concurrent medication for other systemic and chronic illness. 4.Menorrhagia

Changes in the interval of menstrual cycle is assessed by gradingTimepoint: assessed by grading on 0th, 30th,60th and 90th day and again 30 days after follow up (120th day)

Changes in ovarian volume by USG pelvis and changes in LH,FSH,Serum Testosterone and Serum Fasting insulin resistanceTimepoint: assessed by blood test done on the 0th day and at the end of 90 days of medicine intake
