Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy patient greater than or equal to 13 years of age Mature permanent teeth diagnosed with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis as per AAE Criteria Peri Apical Index score of 1 Positive response to cold and electric pulp tests Spontaneous or nocturnal or referred and or or lingering pain Teeth with restorable carious lesions
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Immature roots or cracks or cusp fractures or subgingival caries. Poor periodontal health History of sinus tract or swelling Not willing to participate
