Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants of the age 18-30 years Participants having body mass index (bmi) in normal range No history of serious illness Not under medical treatment for last 6 months No injury since last 6 months Not enrolled in any other research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants addicted to smoking ,tobacco ,and alcohol consumption or any drug dependency 2.Participants suffering from any congenital anomalies 3.DM, HTN or any other serious metabolic disorder 4.Participants undergoing treatment for any medical condition 5.Participants taking artificial proteins supplements or steroids 6.History of hospitalization during last three months
