Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having the typical sign and symptoms of manyastambha. Age-20 to 60 years , of either gender. patients willing to undergo trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age below 20 years and above 60 years. Suffering from specific arthritis like OA ,RA etc. Patients of cervical fracture within last six months. Patients having any surgical procedure of cervical vertebra in last six month. Patients suffering from uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and hypertension and localized skin infection . Pregnant women and lactating mothers.
