Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Postnatal moms with episiotomy. 2) Women who were primiparous or multiparous and had episiotomy during vaginal birth. 3) Consent to take part in the study. 4) Postnatal women from the first to the ten day.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ) Postnatal moms with second and third degree perineal tears. 2) Previous pelvic floor problems or procedures. 3) Postpartum moms with gestational diabetes mellitus. 4) Postnatal moms with anaemia.

MeasureTime frame
The rate of episiotomy wound healing as measured by standardized wound assessment instruments at defined time intervals (10 days).Timepoint: Assessment will be done at ten days.
