Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young adults with Age ranges from 20 – 35 years20 An individual willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i. Any systematic, metabolic, musculoskeletal or neurological disorders ii. Recent surgery within 6 months iii. A pregnant woman
