Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of hemiplegia with chronicity of 6 months to 1 and a half year, irrespective of gender, religion and socio-economic status, patients fit for swedana karma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Comatose and unconscious patients, Hemiplegia due to traumatic brain injury, intracranial infection & intracranial space occupying lesions like tumor, Uncontrolled HTN and uncontrolled diabetes and severe cardiac pathology, Patients unfit for SSPS, Pregnant and lactating mother

Impovement in quality of life of hemiplegic patients as assessed by Fugl - Meyer assessment of upper and lower extremitiesTimepoint: 14 dys of treatment and follow up on the 15th day
