Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects of age group 18-60 years irrespective of their gender and socio-economic status. 2. Subjects with well and partially controlled Bronchial Asthma (as per Global initiative for Asthma, Guideline 2023) 3. Subjects with intermittent and mild persistent controlled Bronchial Asthma (FEV1/FVC between 50% to 79%) 4. Subjects agreeing to provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with acute exacerbation 2. Subjects who need rescue medication (e.g., Salbutamol inhaler, etc.) 3. Subjects with evidence of requirement of intubations for Asthma or has been hospitalized for Asthma within one month before the study commences. 4. Subjects with evidence of malignancy and cardiovascular disease 5. Subjects with other respiratory disorders like Interstitial Lung Disease, Bronchiectasis, COPD, Tuberculosis, Cystic Fibrosis. 6. Airway obstruction from mass or foreign body 7. Autoimmune disease like Rheumatoid and Sero-Negative Arthritis 8. Smokers 9. Pregnant or lactating women

Compare the effect of Pana and nebulization in PFT and symptoms of Bronchial Asthma. Study the effect of Pushkaramoola Arka Pana 12ml twice daily after food for in PFT and symptoms of Bronchial Asthma. Study the effect of Pushkaramoola Arka nebulization 3ml for 10 minutes for in PFT and symptoms of Bronchial Asthma. (Subjective parameter) 1)Asthma Control Questionnaire 2)Asthma Quality of Life Questionnaire (Objective parameter) Spirometry (FEV1, FVC, FEV1/FVC, PEF),TC,DC, ESR, AEC Timepoint: Subjective and Objective parameter will be assessed on 0th day, 2week(15th day),4 week( 29th day)

1. To assess the safety of Pushkaramoola Arka Pana 12ml twice daily after food 2. To assess the safety of Pushkaramoola Arka nebulization 3ml for 10 minutes Safety Parameters are, Liver Function Test Renal Function Test Blood Routine with erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate will be done to assess the safety. Timepoint: safety parameters will be assessed on 0th & 2 week(15th day).
