Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: We include patients under RACHS Score 2 to 3 and body weight under 20 kg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: REFUSAL OF CONSENT AGE MORE THAN 14 YEARS GCS LESS THAN 15 SEVERE HEART FAILURE MULTI ORGAN DISFUNCTION PREMATURE INFANTS LESS THAN 35 WEEKS

To determine the incidence of intraoperative cerebral and mesenteric desaturations during pediatric cardiac surgeries and to assess the efficacy of intraoperative intervention protocol to treat the cerebral desaturations in the intraoperative periodTimepoint: Within 24 hrs of surgery
