Intervention1: Yoga and Nutritional advices: Yoga and nutritional classes would be provided to school children between 10 to 13 yrs of age by authorised yoga trainers from department of yoga in MGMCRI

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Based on WHO,IAP charts ,overweight/ obese children selected and given Yoga,nutritional advices.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: children with chronic illnesses,dysmorphism,disabilities
