Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient within the age group of 15 to 30 having Primary dysmenorrhea for 6 consecutive months and satisfying the validated pain scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with immunodeficiency bleeding disorder allergy, neurological disorders, needle phobia. Women who are pregnant and lactating. women under malignant condition , diabetes mellitus , hypertension , cardiovascular disorders
