Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 60-75 yrs MOCA score less than 26 Ability to follow the instruction Able to move full ROM the lower and upper extremities Men and Women

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Consuming medication that affected their activity Attend any brain gym session within 1 month Patient with respiratory distress Not willing to participate Patient suffering from Stress, Anxiety, Alzheimer disease
