Intervention1: Individualized Homoeopathic Mangement: Individualized Homoeopathic Medicine, Centicimal or LM potency, in 40 size pills, orally administered at every week for OD or BSD for atleast 3 m

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Cases pre-diagnosed or having clinical features of type 2 diabetes mellitus. 2. The patients giving their consent to participate in study with minimum six follow ups. 3. HbA1c level is 6.5% or Above 4. Age- 18 to 58 years and of both sexes. 5. Patients who are not taking any medication. 6. Patients who have stopped medication 3 moths before induction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age below 18 years and above 58 years. 2. Pregnant and lactating patients. 3. Patient with Serious complication with inflammatory changes. 4. Cases with less than 6 follow up. 5. Patient Diagnosed with G6PD deficiency (glucose-6-phosphatedehydrogenase deficiency). 6. Any patient found to be uncooperative during the study. 7. Unable to Speak Gujarati, Hindi or English. 8. Patients on any other medication.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
HbA1c change reduced to less than 6.5%.Timepoint: HbA1c at every 3 months in treatment duration.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Overall Lifestyle changesTimepoint: relief in symptoms at every 4 weeks. with changes in FBS & PP2BS at gradual pace.
