Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BMI:19-24, waist circumference less than or equal to 88cm, male participants with reduced knee extension test (31â?°-50â?°)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Potential participants who have a history of IVDP, hamstring and spinal injury, orthopedic disorders, neurological disorders, congenital deformities and those who are able to pass the hand-toe test will be excluded. Participants involved in other studies or practicing exercise as daily regime will be excluded.
