Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy school children and their parents

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children who are physically or intellectually challenged and/or medically compromised. 2. Children with known sleep disorders. 3. Children on medications for chronic medical conditions. 4. Children with known food allergies. 5. Children not cooperative to undergo examination. 6. Children whose parents refuse to give consent.
