Inclusion criteria: All adults above 18 years of age with HTN and who were overweight and obese

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who are Not willing to participate in the study or give consent, Not available at the time of visits(3 visits) Planning to move from place of study and non residents of M.M. Nagar
