Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients in group 1 should fulfill the criteria of bipolar and related disorders (BP-I and BP-II) as DSM-5 criteria. Patients in group 2 should fulfill the criteria of substance use disorders as DSM-5 criteria. Patient should be in maintenance phase after initial treatment. Should be in the age group of 18 to 60 years. Patients who will give voluntary written informed consent for the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients refusing informed consent. Other type of bipolar disorders. Any other comorbidity. Any other substance substance abuse like cannabis etc. Age more than 60 years.
