Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: I) Patients of any gender, between age 18 to 60 years. II) BMI between 30 to 34.9 kg/m2 . III) Patients having signs and symptoms of sthaulya i.e 1.Swedadhikya 2.Atikshudha 3.Atinindra 4.Daurgandhya .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i) Patients diagnosed with carcinoma, tuberculosis, HIV positive or any other life threatening condition. ii)Patients having any ano-rectal diseases like fistula, fissure-in-ano, hemmorhoids. iii) Pregnant and lactating women. iv) Drug induced obesity like steroids and antipsychotic drugs. VI) Known case of diabetes mellitus,hypertension and hypothyroidism.

Assesment of patient Based on BMI , waist to hip ratio, hip,waist,chest and mid thigh circumference,body weight and lipid profile.Timepoint: Day1 and day30
