Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 ASA GRADE 1&2 2 age group 18-60 years 3.patients undergoing FESS surgery [elective]

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age-less than 17 years and greater than 60 years,male and female Pregnant women Beta blockers taking patients Hemodynamically unstable patients
